Please include the following information in your email:

• The name(s) of the item(s) you wish to purchase.
• Your preferred payment method (Paypal, check, or credit card).
  
• The word(s) or name(s) you want stamped.
  
• The chain length you desire. Lengths available: 16", 18", and 20" (an additional charge applies for 20" chains)
  

Credit card payments will be made through Paypal. You will receive an emailed invoice. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal.

If you are paying by check, you will receive information on where to mail your payment.

Gift certificates are available through the Paypal button on the KI Designs website.

I see the sizes listed, but I'm not sure how big they are.

I have provided a visual reference for you including a dime and a quarter for comparison.

How do you create the jewelry?

All names/words are stamped by hand. The variations in the spacing of the letters are part of the charm of the piece and should not be looked upon as a defect or flaw.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Stamped items will be completed within 10 - 14 days of receipt of payment.

Please allow for 14 - 21 days plus shipping time during the holidays.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

If you are having trouble choosing a design as a gift for someone, you can purchase a Gift Certificate. I sell Gift Certificates through Paypal. A link is provided on my website.

What about returns?

I want you to be happy with your jewelry. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. If there is an error on my end, I will refund your return shipping fees. Otherwise, rush handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.

I have provided a size reference so you can see the size of the charms. Please be sure to check this before placing an order.

If your chain breaks withing six months of ordering, you can send it back to me and I will replace it. Normal wear and tear occurs over time. After six months, I will be unable to exchange your necklace. You can, however, purchase a replacement chain from me.

Is this sterling silver jewelry?

Yes, all materials I use are sterling silver.

The only non-sterling item is the book mark. It is silver plated.

Can I get a birthstone crystal instead of a pearl?

The accent item can be changed to meet your needs. If you want a crystal, a pearl, or nothing at all, simply include that in your order email. I will let you know if the change requires a price adjustment.

Can I have my own words put on the charms?

Absolutely! Any piece can be customized. There are some limitations due to the size of pendants. If you have something in mind, email me, and we will work something out.

Can I buy a charm to add to a necklace at a later date?

Charms can be purchased individually if you need to add on to your necklace or bracelet.

Can you stamp dates?

Yes, I have number stamps in both font sizes. The numbers will be separated by a (.). Example: 5.10.01

Note: Most designs shown incorporate my smaller font set (1/16"). The Original Grand and Blessed both show the larger font (3/32").

Can you stamp on the back of my charms?

Stamping leaves a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm. Therefore, stamping on the back of the charm would mar the front.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge. Please allow 4 days for the creation of your jewelry plus shipping time.

If you live in the San Antonio area, you can opt to pick up your necklace rather than having it shipped. Contact me at kidesigns@satx.rr.com for more information.

What if my name(s)/word(s) don't fit on the charm I want?

Send me an email and we will find something to fit what you need.

Is gift wrap available?

Each piece comes in a gift box tied with a bow. Perfect for gift giving.

Are items ever back ordered?

Sometimes items will go on back order. I will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. I cannot guarantee availability of any designs.

Can the charms be taken off of the necklace?

Yes, all of the charms I use fit over the clasps of the necklaces.

Jewelry Care

All sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to air. When you are not wearing your jewelry it is best to store it in a closed plastic bag like the one your jewelry comes in. Don't leave your jewelry out on your dresser. This will cause it to tarnish quickly.

I have read that it is safe to use liquid silver cleaner on jewelry that has been antiqued (tarnished) as the jewelry I offer here has. I have not tried it on my jewelry so I can not personally recommend it.

As with all jewelry, you should put your lotions, perfumes, and hairspray on first, then put on your jewelry.
